REUNION
After 3 1/2 years, Makena and Evan reunited at our home in Maui Meadows. Both were adopted from the same orphanage in Hefei. We all had a great time reminiscing our time in China together. We have to admit Makena and Evan's personalities are somewhat alike in so many ways.

TYPICAL DAY
In the first picture Maile fell asleep after school while doing her homework. Kau`i and Makena had to wake Maile up after she was caught snoring. Picture #3, Makena doesn't have a lazy bone in her body. She loves to help me clean house. Click on the picture to see how much dust she collected! Girls went down to dad's office to help tidy up. In one of the picture dad is showing Kau`i her referral photos. She remember posing and in one picture she laughed and said she was seven years old and wearing a boy's black shirt. We are blessed with all of our girls. Kau`i, our oldest, has been with us for 3 1/2 months. She is a remarkable child. We are so proud of her.

DAY AT HOME WITH FRIENDS
We had a fantastic Sunday after a horrible Thursday. Kau`i has a heart condition known as supraventicular tachycardia. She suffered heart palpatations Thursday evening and Dale and I had to take her to the hospital emergency room again. This is her third visit in three months. She is scheduled to undergo an electrophysical study with radiofrequency ablation on July 2, 2010. We are not too happy with the fact that her ablation was postponed from April 22 because of Kaiser's scheduling.
