Celebrated the girls outstanding awards with their favorite ice cream.
Kau`i and Kai both had 4.0 this quarter!
Dale and I had happy tears every time our girls went up to receive their awards.

PIANO RECITAL

I tried to upload a video of Kailani playing Somewhere Over the Rainbow and Maile playing Duke of York, but did not succeed. Girls did very well in their first ever piano recital. The group's individual performance was excellent.
There were two groups.  Pictured here is Mrs. Ruth and her students.

STILL ON PLANET EARTH

Yes, still here... and looking forward to summer! Our girls are very burnt out of school. Just one more book report to do, quizzes and tests on every subject on earth, and then they are DONE!

I can't complain though. Kailani and Kau`i have been studying like there's no tomorrow. We tell them to take it easy... but they do not know what "take it easy" means! B's are no good to them.

Aside from school work, tennis is a top priority for Kau`i. She wants to become a tennis pro. She has high expectations. Kailani, on the other hand, wants to do good in everything she touches.

Younger girls are happy-go-lucky and also  do very well in school. Getting along with their school mates are the most important thing to them right now. What fun.

19 school days to go. Yippee!!!

IS IT APRIL ALREADY?

Ok! Dale and I did sneak a quick trip to Indian Wells.
Loved, loved watching the pros play tennis.
Yes, we are all still here and VERY active. The girls are all doing wonderful in school and at home. In their spare time the girls play tennis, piano and love to design doll clothing. We look forward to May 31... end of school and PLAY! Older girls will take more sewing lessons then off to our summer place in Sunriver.
